  • 1 kg potatoes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Roughly chop the potatoes and boil them for 12 minutes without peeling.

  3. Step 3: In a baking dish, combine the chopped salmon, crushed garlic, celery, carrot, peas, vegan cheese, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and spinach. Mix gently with your hands until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Drain the potatoes and mash them with olive oil, a splash of almond milk if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the salmon mixture in the baking dish. Use a fork to rough up the surface and press the mash against the sides of the dish to seal it.
