Cheese Mixture
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Coating
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
