Base
Protein Whip
- 16 oz coconut cool whip (or regular)
- 1 scoop protein powder
Chocolate Topping
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Prepare Container: Line a medium-sized glass food container with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease removal later.
- Layer Graham Crackers: Place 3 whole graham crackers along the bottom of the container forming the base layer.
- Mix Protein Whip: Combine the 16 oz of coconut cool whip and 1 scoop protein powder in a bowl, stirring until the mixture is thick and the protein powder is fully incorporated to create a creamy protein whip.
- Spread Protein Whip: Scoop the protein whip mixture evenly over the graham cracker base layer in the container.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in short bursts until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Add Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted chocolate over the protein whip layer, spreading evenly.
- Top with Graham Crackers: Place the remaining 3 whole graham crackers on top of the chocolate layer to form the final top layer.
- Freeze: Put the container in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the s’mores are firm and set.
- Slice and Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the s’mores from the container using the parchment paper, place on a cutting board, and slice into 6 pieces along the seams of the graham crackers. Enjoy your frozen protein-packed treat!
Notes
- Use coconut cool whip for a dairy-free option or regular whip cream if preferred.
- Choose your favorite flavor of protein powder to customize the taste.
- Ensure the chocolate chips and coconut oil melt smoothly by stirring well between microwaving intervals.
- For easier slicing, use a sharp knife and slice while the s’mores are still fully frozen.
- Store leftovers in the freezer to maintain texture and freshness.
