  1. Prepare Container: Line a medium-sized glass food container with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease removal later.
  2. Layer Graham Crackers: Place 3 whole graham crackers along the bottom of the container forming the base layer.
  3. Mix Protein Whip: Combine the 16 oz of coconut cool whip and 1 scoop protein powder in a bowl, stirring until the mixture is thick and the protein powder is fully incorporated to create a creamy protein whip.
  4. Spread Protein Whip: Scoop the protein whip mixture evenly over the graham cracker base layer in the container.
  5. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in short bursts until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  6. Add Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted chocolate over the protein whip layer, spreading evenly.
  7. Top with Graham Crackers: Place the remaining 3 whole graham crackers on top of the chocolate layer to form the final top layer.
  8. Freeze: Put the container in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the s’mores are firm and set.
