Salad Ingredients

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Italian vinaigrette: In a bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Place the vinaigrette in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad ingredients.
  2. Assemble the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, rolled and chopped turkey, chopped salami, chopped provolone cheese, chopped vine tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced pepperoncinis.
