Chicken and Sauce

- Slice the Chicken: After resting, slice the chicken thinly against the grain to ensure tenderness.
- Toss with Sweet Chili Sauce: Place the sliced chicken in a bowl and toss with the ½ cup of sweet chili sauce until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Thinly slice the cucumber and bell pepper. Julienne the carrot into matchstick-sized pieces. Wash and shred the lettuce.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat or in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable for wrapping.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the warmed tortillas. Place shredded lettuce down the center, add the chili-coated chicken, and top with sliced cucumber, bell pepper, and julienned carrot. Add optional toppings such as shredded cheese, avocado slices, and fresh herbs. Finish with a squeeze of lime if desired.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly. Cut the wraps diagonally in half and serve immediately.
